You receive a confirmation email with all your trip details — date, time, pickup address, vehicle and amount. A notification is also sent to our team.

Your driver waits for you at the terminal exit with a sign bearing your name. Your flight is tracked in real time — in case of delay, the driver's arrival time is adjusted automatically. 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time are included from the indicated pickup time.

Secure online card payment is available via Stripe. You can also choose to pay your driver directly by card or cash.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure — full refund. Between 6 and 24 hours before departure: 50% refund. Less than 6 hours before departure: no refund.
