How do I book my journey? +

Calculate your journey at the top of the page, choose your vehicle, then complete your information and confirm. You can pay online or on board, according to your preference.

How do I receive confirmation? +

You will receive a confirmation email with all your journey details — date, time, pickup address, vehicle and amount. A notification is also sent to our team.

How does airport pickup work? +

Your chauffeur waits for you at the terminal exit with a sign bearing your name. Your flight is tracked in real time — in case of delay, your chauffeur's arrival time is automatically adjusted. 30 minutes of waiting time are included free from the indicated pickup time.

What payment methods are accepted? +

Secure online card payment is available via Stripe. You can also choose to pay directly with your chauffeur by card or cash.

What is the cancellation policy? +

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure — full refund. Between 6 and 24 hours before departure: 50% refund. Less than 6 hours before departure: no refund.

Can I modify my booking? +

Yes, contact us by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible to modify the time, address or vehicle for your booking.
