Terms of Sale

Terms applicable to any reservation made on rfdriver.fr with Taxi RF (RF Driver).

Art. 1Purpose

These general terms of sale ("Terms") govern reservations for passenger transport services (private VTC chauffeur) made with Taxi RF, operating under the trading name RF Driver, via the rfdriver.fr website, by phone, or via WhatsApp.

Art. 2Reservation

Every reservation is confirmed by email as soon as it is validated. The reservation specifies the pickup address, destination address, date, time, chosen vehicle and price.

The price communicated at the time of reservation is fixed, unless the journey is modified at the client's request (additional stops, change of destination, unplanned waiting time).

Art. 3Rates and Payment

Rates are quoted in euros, all taxes included. Two payment methods are available:

  • Online payment: by credit card, via the secure Stripe payment solution. Card details are neither collected nor stored by Taxi RF; they are processed directly by Stripe, in compliance with the PCI-DSS security standard.
  • Payment on board: directly with the chauffeur, by credit card (including American Express) or cash.

Art. 4Cancellation Policy

The client may cancel their reservation under the following conditions:

  • More than 24 hours before departure: free cancellation, full refund in the case of online payment.
  • Between 6 and 24 hours before departure: refund of 50% of the amount paid online.
  • Less than 6 hours before departure: no refund.

Any cancellation request must be sent by phone, WhatsApp or email using the contact details shown on the website. Refunds, where applicable, are made to the payment method used at the time of reservation, within a reasonable timeframe.

Art. 5Delays and Flight Tracking

For airport transfers, the client's flight is tracked in real time. In the event of a flight delay, the pickup time is automatically adjusted at no extra cost. 30 minutes of waiting time after landing is included free of charge; beyond that, waiting fees may apply depending on the vehicle booked.

In the event of a client delay unrelated to a tracked flight, waiting fees may also apply depending on the duration observed.

Art. 6Liability

Taxi RF undertakes to carry out transport in the best conditions of safety and comfort. Taxi RF cannot be held liable for delays caused by external circumstances beyond its control (traffic conditions, weather, strikes, force majeure).

Art. 7Consumer Mediation

In accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute with Taxi RF, the client may make free use of the consumer mediator:

Art. 8Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall, in the absence of an amicable settlement or resolution through mediation, fall under the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the location of Taxi RF's registered office.
