Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Data related to a reservation is kept for as long as necessary for its processing, then archived in accordance with legal and accounting obligations (up to 10 years for accounting documents). Contact data is kept for 3 years from the last exchange, unless earlier deletion is requested.

The journey calculator may, with your explicit permission via your browser's popup, use your geographic location to automatically pre-fill the departure address. This address always remains editable and is neither transmitted nor stored on our servers — it is only saved locally on your device (localStorage) to make your next visit easier.
8.Security
Taxi RF implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Online payments are secured by Stripe, in compliance with the PCI-DSS standard.
